Barnet Scarecrows

These superb scarecrows were made by Ursula from The Flower Bank in New Barnet and her dementia group.

First exhibited at St Mark’s Church during their annual Scarecrow Festival on 25th-27th September, they are now here.

The gallery is not quite finished and not officially open, but we could not resist the opportunity to display such amazing and unique artwork.

It is an absolute privilege to have them here where we hope more people can enjoy and appreciate them during October.

The Official opening of the Hopscotch Micro Gallery will be in November with the fabulous work of local artist Nathalie Dehaye.

The flower bank dementia group meets every Friday morning at the Friends Meeting House in New Barnet. If you know someone who would like to join, please contact Age UK for more information.
